Despite a substantial annual landscaping budget and a dedicated weekly maintenance crew, the property’s natural grass consistently browned during Los Angeles’s long dry summers, struggled to drain properly around the infinity pool’s overflow edges during winter rain events, and demanded a relentless schedule of irrigation, fertilization, aeration, and overseeding that consumed enormous resources without ever delivering the consistently flawless appearance the homeowner rightfully expected from a property of this caliber and value.
